Where are the communities and models located?

From Route 1 (Coastal Hwy), take Route 26 West approx. 10 miles to Main Street in the town of Dagsboro. The Woodlands of Pepper’s Creek is located off Main Street, on the right.

To visit the Marina, continue on Main Street through one traffic light, and turn right onto Piney Neck Road. The community is located approx. 2.5 miles on the right.

Where is the closest public open space/State Park?

New homeowners at The Communities of Pepper’s Creek will find two public access areas within 20 minutes from The Marina and The Woodlands.
